Before you sign up and download or use dartthemes downloadable product for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using dartthemes and/or other products, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

We reserve the right to change and modify terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

All our free downloadable products are available for direct download. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded with membership or as a single product. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use 2checkout, PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our membership plan.

Your membership information will be emailed to the email address. Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hr up to 24hrs depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Our system may saves all downloads made by user with premium membership.

Our templates, components and modules are developed to work on self-hosted WOrdPress sites, which can be downloaded from wordpress.org. All templates are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older templates will run with future versions of CMS.

Paid template updates are available to our club members while their club subscription is still active. But you can still use installed templates even when your membership will ends.

Yes, you are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check documentation page and ask us on the forum if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.

You should not use the dartthemes products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of European Union and International law. In particular, it is prohibited to use our templates for pages that promote: violence, terrorism, hard pornography, racism, vulgarity content or warez software links.

You cannot to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by dartthemes. You cannot also redistribute or release any of our products under a General Public License (GPL). All template XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way.

You cannot place any of our commercial products (templates and components), modified or unmodified, on CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company. Especially on ThemeForest, Template Monster or similar services. You shall not purchase search engine or other pay per click keywords (such as Google AdWords), or domain names that use dartthemes trademarks and/or variations and misspellings.

dartthemes Members are responsible for all content posted on forum and activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the possibility of blocking your membership account immediately if we will know about such a not permitted behavior.

If you create an account on the dartthemes website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify dartthemes of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via forum and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core package. Template and extension support is offered to verified customers by forum only. Support requests made by email, tweet, facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to the forum.

If your support requires additional modification of the template, the module or plugin then you have two options:

• Wait for further development of the product.
• Or hire an expert (We do not provide any customisation service).

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of dartthemes. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

The above assignment is not true for those templates and extensions which are released under the license of GNU/GPL (GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE). For more information regarding this license please visit GNU page.

Instant downloads are available after signing up. However, all of our customers purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours also it can be suspended for a long-term for more investigations.

dartthemes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

dartthemes products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the dartthemes products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and options configuration of the product within the latest stable WordPress version which template was dedicated to. dartthemes cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party plugins – as there are simply too many modules, components and plugins to support. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we cannot guarantee dartthemes.com templates will work with all browser combination.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided templates. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners.

All members have access to the forums. dartthemes .com does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the rights to respond and answer the questions.

No returns / refunds will be offered for digital products except some cases  for more details please read our refund policy.
